Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Love Quiz Hub ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What the App Provides

Love Quiz Hub provides relationship quizzes, chat screenshot analysis, and couple avatar generation. These features are designed for entertainment, personal reflection, and creative use.

The App does not provide professional relationship counseling, mental health care, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze extracted chat text or generate avatar images. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use.

• Do not rely on AI chat analysis as a final judgment about another person's intentions.
• Do not use AI outputs to make high-stakes personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
• Review generated images before sharing or saving them.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

User Content

You may upload screenshots or portrait images to use certain App features. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads and generated content comply with applicable laws and do not violate anyone else's rights.

Do not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, harassing, or infringing content. Do not upload another person's private content without permission.

Purchases and AI Credits

The App may offer in-app purchases, including consumable AI credit packages. Credits can be used for features such as chat analysis and avatar generation.

• Consumable credit packages cannot be restored after they are completed.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
• Feature costs may vary by mode or feature type and are shown in the App.

Generated Images

Generated avatars are created from your selected inputs and style choices. The App may download generated images and save them locally so they remain available without depending on remote image URLs. You may save generated images to your Photos library if you grant permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt App services.
• Attempt to bypass payment, credit, or access controls.
• Use the App to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Use generated content for deceptive, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quiz results, AI analysis, or generated images will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, AI outputs, generated images, purchases, or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
